Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
- Initiate a return through your account or contact us at support@acbolsa.com
- Receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off at the designated carrier location
- Refund is processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
