BAORUN offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
- Stitching defects
- Hardware malfunction (zippers, clasps, buckles)
- Material defects present at delivery
- Structural integrity issues
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, color fading from sun exposure)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
