Rooted in high-end leather craftsmanship, BAORUN was founded in 2012 by Mr. Xiao, who spent over two decades (1990-2012) managing Prada and Loewe’s high-end leather goods production lines at Times Group. During this period, he mastered the luxury OEM system, Italian leather and hardware supply chains, and stringent quality standards, laying a solid foundation for BAORUN’s high-end manufacturing gene.

After leaving Times Group in 2012, Mr. Xiao established the “BAORUN” brand and factory, initially focusing on foreign trade OEM while adhering to high-end leather goods manufacturing standards. In December 2023, Dongguan Baorun Leather Products Co., Ltd. was formally registered, transforming from a factory into an integrated enterprise covering R&D, production, sales, import and export, rooted in Houjie, the core of the leather goods industrial belt.
Guided by the brand proposition “No Brand Premium, Only Leather Perfection” since 2025, BAORUN is committed to bringing luxury-homologous quality leather goods to consumers at affordable prices, while building a transparent brand image through genuine craftsmanship and supply chain disclosure.

| Dec 2020 | Dongguan Baorun Leather Products Co., Ltd. is officially registered, realizing corporate operation with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. |
| Oct 2023 | The factory moves to Houjie Wanjia Cheng Zhichuang Industrial Park to expand production and R&D space. |
| 2024 | Rated as a National High-Tech Enterprise with related patents; awarded Tax Credit Rating A, with about 57 core team members and 300 front-line employees. |
| 2025-2026 | Launches the official website of BAORUN’s own brand and carries out cross-border layout to expand the overseas light luxury market. We are preparing offline experience and sales points in Annyang. Meanwhile, we strengthen content marketing on TikTok and other social media platforms. |
